the lodge realizes and the new officers will take place of the old.  The new officers will have a tuff time filling the shoes left by the past ones but I am sure they will strive for even better levels.  I hope everyone enjoys this years banquet; I know I will.  It has been a great year for me and I can not wait to see what lies ahead.
