1. THE MEETING SITE : Troop 76 Scout Cabin in Frazer, PA

Troop 76's cabin is conveniently located off Route 30 and is the central meeting site for all participants.
The cabin PHONE NUMBER IS 610-644-5641 if you are delayed on Thursday morning, December 27.

TIME: Check in begins at 11:00 AM so we have ample time to process your gear, organize team leaders, confirm paperwork, room arrangements and other details. We will leave NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM.

DIRECTIONS: (The official address is 400 Lancaster Avenue, Frazer, PA 19355)

           Follow Route 30 East until you pass under Route 202.                     
            Route 352 is located 3 miles east of the 202 overpass.
            Go another 100 yards past the 352 intersection and "Rita's Water Ice" on your right
            The cabin is located directly behind the "Covenant Presbyterian Church." 
            Turn right from Route 30 into the church parking lot and proceed to the back of the lot 

• From Paoli, Devon and points EAST 
            Follow Route 30 into Frazer, past two Shopping Centers on your right
            and then the "Importer" Store on your left. Another 200 yards on your left will be the
            "D'Anjolell Memorial Home" which is usually well-lit with yellow floodlights                 
            The "Covenant Presbyterian Church" is located immediately past the Funeral home
            Turn left from Route 30 into the church parking lot and proceed to the back of the lot

• From West Chester, Kennett Square, Landenberg and points SOUTH
            Follow Route 202 North to the exit for Route 30 East. Exit onto Route 30 and proceed 3 miles
            Route 352 is located 3 miles east of the 202 overpass.
            Go another 100 yards past the 352 intersection and "Rita's Water Ice" on your right.
            The cabin is located directly behind the "Covenant Presbyterian Church." 
            Turn right from Route 30 into the church parking lot and proceed to the back of the lot

• From Rising Sun, Baltimore and points SOUTH
            Follow Route 95 North to Wilmington, Delaware and Exit onto Route 202 North.(1 and 15 minutes)
            Follow Route 202 North past West Chester. Go another 10 minutes north until you reach
               signs for Route 30 East. Exit onto Route 30 and proceed 3 miles.
            Route 352 is located 3 miles east of 202 
            Go another 100 yards past the 352 intersection and "Rita's Water Ice" on your right.
            The cabin is located directly behind the "Covenant Presbyterian Church." 
            Turn right from Route 30 into the church parking lot and proceed to the back of the lot

2. WHEN YOU SHOW UP

· You will be directed to BRING YOUR LUGGAGE into the cabin and report for registration.

· Inside the building, we will…
    - Confirm that you have all forms complete and we have your current health insurance/doctor listed.
    - Certify that the contact information for your parents whereabouts is accurate.
    - Ask if your parents have inspected the interior of your luggage and are aware of its contents.
    - Issue your room assignment and organize you with your team leader.
    - Issue your rental skis if you made advance reservations at Wick's Ski and Sport.

· We have permission to allow parking of cars at the Troop 76 site while we are away.
· After registration is complete, you will load your luggage in the bus storage compartments, board the bus
